I possess advanced skills in Flash, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, XML and various design processes and have consistently created effective and dynamic websites and web-based applications.

Web Designer – Design, develop and deploy various small business websites created with a combination of Flash, Photoshop, Fireworks, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
Training Coordinator - Design, develop and teach various computer training courses created with a combination of Flash, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. Speak at various social media events regarding web design and new media.

Amerigroup Corporation 2006-2009
Web Developer – Design, program, and deploy functional Flash-based teaching tools and interactive websites. Debug errors and technical issues. Ensure programs are compatible with all existing departmental content. Worked with all Flash versions from 5 through CS4.
Instructional Designer – Design, develop and deploy various web-based training courses created with a combination of Flash, Photoshop, SharePoint, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Javascript, CSS and HTML. Communicate with other departments regarding design choices, training needs and deployment options.

Graphic Team Lead – Establish and enforce graphic standards and work procedures. Manage a team of seven artists and Flash developers.
Flash developer - Responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining Flash training products for Department of Defense. Also used PhotoShop and SoundForge.
